Job Description

Job Duties:

• Measure, analyze, record and implement improvements to reduce factory scrap and rework. Conferring with company Directors and Managers, determine the best solutions for a variety of factors effecting product and component quality.

• Create internal communication documents for analyzing trends and areas of improvement.

• Recommend and execute appropriate employee training and equipment for reaching improvement targets.

• Complete incoming order review for potential high-risk orders. Monitor key orders in process to avoid unplanned and unnecessary rework. Preplan to avoid additional process costs.

• Report monthly on all appropriate trends.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Dealing with complexity, informing others through effective communication, leadership, supervision and thorough follow up to reach aggressive goals.

• Presenting technical information effectively.

• Ability to organize and analyze significant amounts of data.

• Understands the keys to manufacturing quality.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
